GMDSS Trainer ("we," "our," or "us") is a maritime exam preparation app that helps users study for FCC Commercial Operator License examinations (Elements 1, 3, 7, 7R, 8, and 9). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.

Third-Party Services

Purchase Management (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat to process in-app purchases across all platforms (iOS, Android, and macOS). When you make a purchase or restore a previous purchase, RevenueCat processes information necessary for transaction management, including:

• Purchase transactions and purchase status
• Anonymous device identifiers for receipt validation
• Transaction history with Apple or Google

Apple

GMDSS Trainer is designed for adults preparing for professional maritime licensing examinations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information through our app, please contact us so we can address the situation.

Since we do not collect or transmit personal data, there is minimal risk of data breach from our services. Your local app data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device passcode and encryption.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app
• Manage your purchase through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account
• Request information about your RevenueCat data by contacting RevenueCat directly
